Terms and Conditions 58bet – Platform Terms of Use

1 General Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below, and these definitions apply to all sections of this document:

• "58bet" or "Platform": refers to the 58bet.cash website and all services, products, and features available on it.
• "User" or "Player": any individual who has created an account on 58bet and uses the platform's services.
• "Account": the individual profile created by the user at registration, linked to a unique CPF and email address.
• "Balance": the amount in BRL (R$) available in the user's account to place bets or play casino games on the platform.
• "Bonus": promotional credits granted by 58bet subject to the specific conditions described in the applicable promotions.
• "Bet": any amount wagered by the user on sports events, casino games, crash games, roulette, or any other mode available on the platform.
• "Rollover": the wagering requirement that determines how many times a bonus amount must be bet before any winnings generated by it can be withdrawn.
• "Pix": instant payment system operated by the Central Bank of Brazil, and the primary deposit and withdrawal method available at 58bet.

Accepting these Terms and Conditions is required to use any 58bet service. By creating an account, clicking "I Agree," or using any feature of the platform, the user fully and unconditionally agrees to all provisions contained herein.

2 Eligibility and Registration

To create an account and use 58bet's services, users must meet all of the following requirements:

• Be at least 18 (eighteen) years of age;
• Be a resident of Brazilian territory;
• Hold a valid CPF in good standing with the Receita Federal;
• Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at the time of registration;
• Not be enrolled in an active self-exclusion program with 58bet or any other betting platform;
• Not have had a previous account closed by 58bet due to a terms violation.

Only one account is permitted one account per individual. Registering multiple accounts under the same user — even with different details — is strictly prohibited and subject to immediate closure of all accounts involved, with retention of any balances obtained irregularly.

58bet may at any time, and without prior notice, request documents verifying the user's identity, age, address, or the origin of deposited funds. Failure to provide the requested documents within the stipulated deadline may result in temporary suspension or permanent closure of the account.

3 Account Use

Each 58bet account is personal and non-transferable. The user is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials — email and password — confidential and for all activity carried out under their account.

If you suspect unauthorized access, a breach, or compromised credentials, you must notify 58bet support immediately via live chat or the official email. 58bet is not responsible for losses resulting from the voluntary sharing or negligent handling of your credentials.

• Sharing your login credentials with third parties is strictly prohibited;
• Allowing another person to use your account is prohibited, even if they are a family member;
• The use of automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform is strictly prohibited;
• Account access must be made exclusively through the official 58bet.cash website;
• 58bet strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication, available in your account settings.

The balance available in the account is for exclusive use on bets and games within the platform. 58bet does not pay interest on balances held in user accounts, and balances inactive for more than 12 months may be subject to a maintenance fee, as communicated to the user in advance.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

58bet accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals, all operating exclusively in Brazilian Reais (BRL):

• Pix – primary method, with deposits credited in seconds and withdrawals processed in under 5 minutes on average after approval;
• Bank slip (Boleto) – up to 2 business days for the deposit to be processed;
• Credit and debit card – immediate credit for debit; credit within 24 hours for credit card;
• PicPay – immediate credit;
• Mercado Pago – immediate credit;
• TED Transfer – banks such as Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other institutions authorized by the Central Bank of Brazil.

The minimum deposit is R$ 20,00 and the minimum withdrawal is R$ 30.00. 58bet does not charge any fees on deposits or withdrawals. Any banking fees are the responsibility of the user's financial institution.

58bet reserves the right to request identity and source-of-funds verification before processing high-value withdrawals, or whenever unusual account activity is detected. This measure is in place to protect the user and ensure compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

Bonus withdrawals are subject to full completion of the rollover applicable to the corresponding promotion. Attempting to withdraw a balance derived from a bonus before the rollover is complete will result in cancellation of the remaining bonus.

5 Sports Betting

Sports Betting at 58bet covers a wide range of sports, including football (Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, World Cup), basketball (NBB, NBA), volleyball, MMA/UFC, Formula 1, e-sports, and many more. The following rules apply to all sports bets:

• A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or changed after submission, except where the Cash Out feature is available and active;
• The minimum amount per single bet is R$ 1.00;
• Multi (combo) bets must contain a minimum of 2 selections and a maximum of 20 selections per ticket;
• The odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation are the final odds, regardless of any subsequent changes;
• If an event is cancelled, postponed, or not completed within 48 hours of the original scheduled time, the bet will be voided and the amount returned to the user's balance;
• Bets placed after an event has started due to a system error are subject to cancellation by 58bet;
• 58bet reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount on any market at any time, without the need for justification.

Cash Out lets you settle a bet before the final result. The amount calculated at the time of Cash Out is final and immediately credited to the user's balance. Cash Out availability may vary depending on the event, market, and match situation, and may be suspended without prior notice.

6 Casino & Games

The following conditions apply to the use of the casino:

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 58bet and may result in immediate account suspension, balance cancellation, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Use of bots, automated scripts, or any software that simulates or automates human actions on the platform;
• Exploiting technical errors or system glitches to gain an unfair advantage — any such winnings will be voided and the errors reported to the provider;
• Colluding with another user to guarantee profit regardless of the outcome (match-fixing or abusive arbitrage);
• Money laundering or any activity that violates Brazilian laws against financial crimes;
• Registering an account using false or third-party information;
• Creating multiple accounts with the intent of accumulating bonuses or gaming the system;

• Attempting to hack, override, or compromise 58bet's security systems.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

58bet may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following cases:

• Violation of any clause of these Terms and Conditions;
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity;
• Providing false information during registration or the verification process;
• Failure to provide verification documents within the required timeframe;
• Court order or ruling by a competent regulatory authority;
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion or voluntary closure).

In cases of account closure due to a terms violation, any bonus-derived balance will be forfeited. Balances from real-money deposits will be returned to the user after the necessary verifications are completed, unless otherwise required by law or regulation.

13 Changes to Terms and Conditions

14 Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. For the resolution of any disputes between the user and 58bet that cannot be settled through the platform's support channels, the jurisdiction of the district of São Paulo/SP as the competent jurisdiction, expressly waiving any other, however privileged it may be.

If any clause of these Terms and Conditions is declared null or unenforceable by a court decision, the remaining clauses shall remain in full force and effect, unaffected by the invalidity of the declared clause.
